Next Steps
Discipleship Pathway.
Our intentional path for following Jesus in all of life.
Discipleship is a process of transformation in which we grow in our understanding and love of God, becoming more like Jesus Christ. It involves learning the Christian faith, developing spiritual disciplines like prayer and Bible study, actively participating in a community of believers, and reaching out in love and service to our neighbors. Discipleship is not a one-time event but an ongoing journey that shapes our character, values, and actions over a lifetime.
Before he ascended into heaven, Jesus' final words to his followers were these: "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age" (Matthew 28:18–20). Our Discipleship Pathway is our intentional approach to taking Jesus' words seriously, making disciples who follow Jesus in all areas of life.
